Order Policy

Thank you for your order. Full payment must be made to secure order. Once payment is made your order is secure and is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule, 100% payment is transferable to another date within 6 months of original booking.  If event has not been rescheduled within 6 months all monies are forfeited.  Exception to this will be at the discretion of Stacy's Cakes. There is no change to refund policy for rescheduled events. By making payment, you acknowledge pictures and colors provided are inspiration ONLY.  I will do my best to come close  to your inspiration.  However,  there will be variances in both design and colors as I am not the creator of any inspiration pictures provided. In addition,  by making payment you agree that during the creating process, Stacy's Cakes has 100 percent creative control to make any design changes needed to complete your order.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
